Trockenschnitzel
Zuckerrübenschnitzel bzw. extrahierte Zuckerrübenschnitzel sind ein Nebenprodukt aus der Zuckerrübenverarbeitung, das vor allem als Futtermittel für Rinder, Schweine, Schafe und Pferde genutzt wird. Dabei wird unterschieden in Trocken- und Nassschnitzel auf der Basis der Wassergehalts.
