Roggenkleie ist ein Nebenerzeugnis der Herstellung von Mehl aus gereinigtem Roggen, das überwiegend aus Teilen der Schale, im Übrigen aus Kornbestandteilen besteht, die vom Mehlkörper weitgehend befreit sind.
